did a lot of cool things this weekend

saw the new film Forgetting Sarah Marshall and laughed my ass off

russell brand is hysterical

had a fabulous breakfast at Ruth’s Keystone Cafe (i’m hesitant to link it here because the website gives absolutely no indication as to what the restaurant is really like. the website is bad and makes it look like this place is shiny and corporate and full of professional suit-types, when in reality, Ruth’s is a small, mom and pop-type place, where the cooks lean over the breakfast bar to chat with you and people are always waiting at the door because there aren’t enough seats.)

i like to think that i’m an eggs benedict connoisseur of sorts and this place was tops

the cooks were cool and the OJ was fresh squeezed

the Indianapolis Museum of Art entertained me for a few hours on saturday

sake and sushi for 13 at Naked Tchopstix later that night

followed by Bill Lancton & Coalition at The Jazz Kitchen

then it was drinks and debauchery at The Usual Suspects

good times
